While SATNETV GLOBAL™ retains exclusive rights to its infrastructure, brand equity, and proprietary traffic networks, all represented artists retain full autonomous ownership of their respective music catalogs and intellectual property.

The name Ultra Artists and the external domain [ ultraartists.com ] under Ultra Artists LLC are a mimic; they do not represent the authentic trademark of UltraArtists™ or SATNETV GLOBAL™ under the UltraOne Entertainment Group [1.1]. Richard (Rich) Goldberg of Ultra Artists LLC (an entity established later in 2018) is not, and never has been, a founder, director, officer, partner, or associate of UltraOne Entertainment Group or any of its global subsidiaries, networks, or digital platforms—nor do we maintain any association with the local regional booking of tribute bands, cover groups, or lookalike acts under Ultra Artists LLC—including [ UltraArtists™ ] at ultraartists.net
